Soundwalk starting on a cul de sac. You can hear the planes taking off in the distance, and crickets going at it. It was taken at night time, and it is hard to here the crickets.

I stood outside with my tascam recorder late one night to get some of the ambience sounds. This is during the summer, so plenty of insects.

Late summer night in the northern european (estonian, to be precise) countryside. Crickets, occasional barking etc.

Rain sound synthesized entirely from white noise and using these plugins (in audacity): vinyl, multivoice chorus, harmonic synthesizer, gverb, and modest delay effects. This is my first attempt, i'll be trying to make more realistic ones. Until then, tell me if you liked this (rate it, comment).

Thunder sound synthesized from a randomly generated tone, and processed (in audacity) with: multivoice chorus, harmonic sythesizer, tons of gverb, 2-second delay, and fade-in/fade-out where appropriate. Gentle night time ambience. One car passes by, other then that, gentle blissful nighttime. The quiet winter gentle breeze carries itself over the roofs between the trees and homes where the lush forest once was. The car that drives by is a piece of sh*t you can totally tell hahaha. This is a one minute sound sketch done using sounds from freesound. Org. It includes samples of crickets, the gentle lapping of a pool, owls, and a plethora of other sounds that can be heard at night.

I recorded this animal noise in my ceiling. I have no idea what it could be so thought i would put it out there. . !! sounds like there is more than one and sounding young. Possibilities are possum, bats, birds or rats. Any ideas?.
